UnderStanding Designated Areas For Sex Offenders

These tables are arranged with a special way to be placed along the walls of this dining area. Also, there’s also a seperator that seperates the general area and a designated area for sex offenders. Sex offenders are not allowed to enter the arcade area under any circumstances. All staff must escort sex offenders to this designated area.

Use of paper plates, and cups may be present. Also, plastic utensils may be provided. These utensils are assigned an ID to keep track of sex offenders using them when dining. All plastic utensils are sorted and collected. If a sex offender requires to send DNA samples on a regular basis, a designated official in plain clothing cart them to 1 or more authorities.

All sex offenders are served with a menu set by an administrator who runs this designated area of this restaurant area of this arcade.

If a sex offender requests permission to enter Fairies Dreams & Fantasy via court, or probation officer, a sex offender must perform the following tasks:

1. Fill out a form to sign in with a valid name (also includes nickname… if available) – a sex offender must sign into this facility by using a log via a pen and paper. No computer usage is necessary, all written data is transcribed to typed text via a typewriter. No sex offender is permitted to use a typewriter, unless requested to use a typewriter with a permission of a administrator. Also, fingerprints must be provided as a way to match sex offenders who sign into Fairies Dreams & Fantasy’s dining facility.

2. Must be issued a tray, plate/bowl, spork, cup, and napkins – A sex offender must be provisioned these items in order to dine in this facility. Clear plastic or glass/plastic dinnerware with a set ID is assigned to each person. Each tray bares a name of an offender, address, vehicle information, and other information, SSNs are NOT printed for the purpose of protecting sensitive data. All reports are logged by typewriters as a way to prevent risk of security breaches and computer hardware failures.

3. Bare a provisioned pass issued by Fairies Dreams & Fantasy – A sex offender must have a pass at all costs, or a designated person can handle a sex offender’s pass.

4. Must interchange dinnerware – This is necessary for submitting to providing DNA (if required by sex offender laws). However; an ample supply of these items shall be provided by an issuer.

5. All sex offender distance by 6 feet – This is mandatory to reduce cramming in this facility.

The glass barrier is designed to keep sex offenders out. This is necessary to enforce distance and barriers to protect children from being taken by sex offenders.

The viewing area only allows this person to see only 1 direction… while the other side of this barrier prevents a child from seeing a sex offender.

Elevated Enclosed Pathway

This pathway only permits a sex offender to observe an arcade, not enter it. This pathway is elevated with heavy duty construction as a way to isolate sex offenders,–depending on location of this arcade.

If you are in an arcade, and you are NOT a sex offender, you can see these special glass panels that are arranged in such a way to prevent sex offenders from attempting to communicate with children.

If A Sex Offender Has Permission To Enter This Arcade

A specialized version of an arcade is located at a specific location. A sex offender can only go to specific parts of an arcade where computer-based and internet-based arcade machines are NOT present. Also, a sex offender can only access certain parts of an arcade. However; walking in these pathways are only allowed. Alternatively, a sex offender can take a ride on a ride that takes you around this entire facility, but not enter any part of this arcade, it just loops back to a designated dining area. This ride only uses cash to pay for this rudimentary ride.

A rudimentary ride is composed of a 4-seat moving device that is remotely controlled by a central administrator’s office. Its a bland6-wheel vehicle that runs on a designated path with a rail that guides the vehicle, similar to a monorail train, it navigates on a special path that has its own elevated pathway above arcade machines, reinforced with support pillars. This path also serves as a pathway for technicians to perform repairs to arcade machines.

This 6-wheel vehicle is compact, and it has 1 electric motor per wheel. A chain and gear assembly rotates all wheels.

This vehicle can be connected with 4 or more units.

Each 4-seater has a table at the front of each seat with tray inserts and cup holders.

The pathway goes each direction. These vehicles rely on batteries to run.

Central divider is used for keeping these paths separate. The center path is only used for general arcade patrons, it has access ramps for ease of going from 1 section of an arcade to the another. See-through glass provides a view of this path.

This parking lot enable sex offenders to park vehicles. CCTV cameras monitor each sex offender coming in and out of this establishment. This parking area can hold up to 40 vehicles. The barrier bars sex offenders from accessing a bus stop.

Above a parking lot, there’s an elevated enclosed play area for kids and adults with a roof over it as a way to prevent rain and snow from going in. Thick hollow pylons leading to a green roof is used for preventing this structure from collapsing. Also, this parking lot is built such a way to only permit inline entry and exits with a dedicated gate that is controlled by a central computer. Each vehicle belonging to a sex offender is photographed, identified, and logged to a central server. Payment for this parking area is required to use this parking lot. Only Fairies Dreams & Fantasy staff can use a different parking lot for managing delivery vehicles.

This is a specially-designated facility.

This special underground parking facility is built such a way to house at least 400 automobiles beneath parts of Fairies Dreams & Fantasy’s property with a vented shaft for removing toxic fumes from combustion engines.

The sliding doors are controlled by a central computer to enforce curfews. To prevent liability, no alcohol is served at all costs.

To enforce slow speeds, parking cells are arranged via a special form like a grid, heavy duty pylons are used for dividing blocks of parking spaces.

Bright lighting is used to keep vehicles visible at all times. Lighting is defused to ensure light is spread evenly. However; lighting is inspected on a daily basis.

The parking lot has a set time to enforce curfews for sex offenders. Set by each individual basis by a designated supervisor,–authorized to do this task via law enforcement, or by court.

This serving window is accessed by staff. It uses a key card reader to unlock this door that leads to a general arcade’s kitchen. The window locks to prevent assault by bodily fluids, and food tampering. The serving window also serves as an observation port for patrons who want to stay away from sex offenders.
