The Dining Facilities
There are 2 dining facilities at each floor of this arcade. Each facility is classified with the following classes:
- General Dining Facility
- Dining Facility For Sex Offenders and Child Abusers
The General Dining Facility
The general dining facility is a default facility what you may use for everyday use, it always has an easy access to an arcade itself, along with vending machines to mitigate labor costs. The dining area can be ideal for normal dining like most restaurants, can be used as a tea shop,–or as a meeting place. The dining experience uses low dining tables to emulate dining in Japan. Accessible dining tables are available for people who are on wheelchairs, taller individuals, and they’re built to space out customers to reduce cramming.
The bar is available to watch a chef cook food for you, useful if you are just having tea and getting to know the restaurant itself. It’s like being in a Japanese steakhouse.
The menu is either brailled, or spoken by a person. Also, a talking menu is available. Both English and Japanese languages are available. Be aware electronic menus can have a diverse language system included.
A bar can have a capacity of 30 people, and a chef with a team cooks food for the customers. To insure safety, all food served are reviewed.
However; the bar area doesn’t serve alcohol for the purpose of safety of our customers. Dating groups often spike beverages with alcohol, we classify this behavior as taboo within Fairies Dreams & Fantasy.
The table sets are arranged with a same setup to insure accessibility is implemented. Be aware; prototyping layouts may occur when improvements are being implemented.
All low dining tables are cleaned, collected, and stored after use.
The lockers are used to store your shoes when entering this restaurant. The “NO PRANKSTERS ALLOWED” sign prevents bullying, and other incidents. All customers must be educated as a way to help prevent violence and other incidents.
Dining Tables
There are low and high dining tables that may set your dining preferences.
The low dining tables is for emulating a dining format in Japan. A tatami floor is implemented, and you sit on a tatami floor. This is key for a true dining experience.
A slightly higher dining table is ideal for taller customers.
The high dining table is ideal for customers who are tall as 7 feet, or taller.
Booth tables can be used for group dating, and families,–or dine with other people what you want to see via your dream (should be done with caution).
The bar enables you to see a cook cook food for everyone.
The standing dining table is ideal for you to get an instant lunch what you want to eat via hand rolls. Similar to a stand up sushi restaurant in Japan on the go.
The Vending Machines
All vending machines vend products that meet the requirements of Fairies Dreams & Fantasy (inspired by Japanese version of food regulations in Japan), these machines use debit card readers and coin slots to purchase products. Dollar bills are supported. Typically, these vending machines vend candy, but to help midigate obesity via children, and help to boost vegetable intake; these products are set as a proxy for these products what we consume in the USA each day.
Each machine is categorized. For this instance: tea, soy products, healthy snacks, coffee, add-ons for tea, or other products.
Each machine is arranged by price of items. The highest priced items are always placed at the most expensive items.
WARNING
PBJ products are NOT sold via these machines to help mitigate unnecessary purchase of “bland” foods that may irritate customers when bullies snatch food from other customers (including family members).
Never bring in your own food, unless you purchased it from a restaurant what you trust.
North Takeout Hub (external entry from dedicated street/parking facility only)
The takeout portal is implemented with a larger and taller opening to cater to any person who is taller than 7 feet. The counter is low enough for wheelchair customers. The takeout portion is always located on the outside of a dining area, and its always open 24/7.
It’s accessed via a sliding door with a ramp used for high traffic. Comes with a path for delivery trucks to deliver goods to customers who prefer to dine at home. It’s always next to a designated dining facility for sex offenders with a barrier that seperate 2 parking facilities. One for delivery service vehicles to deliver goods by bulk, and one for sex offenders.
To use this service, you need to find a door that has a set of vending machines that are lining the walls, and it has a sign that explains about this takeout facility. A rudimentary door to an arcade is included for ease of access.
At least 8 ATM machines are included.
It has a gate for employees to enter the kitchen. This is a kitchen that is large enough for handling mass customers.
There’s always going to be a set of coin-operated rides for both kids and adults equally. EG: ride-on opossum that is operated with coins or cards, and a springloaded ride-on pink puppy for kids and adults.
Always have 4 change machines included.
Coin-operated outlit for charging mobility scooters. One hour is usually free. Adding coins adds more hours.
The takeout facility like this always have bright lights on at night to keep the parking area lit, insuring safety.
Recycle bin included.
Note
You can always enter or exit this takeout facility via a door to an arcade. This is ease of accessibility with a large door that is always open without an actual door. The wide entrance prevent bullies from blocking this entrance.
The Menu
The menu items are composed of Japanese food items.
Each item is set to be custom as a way to meet the requirements to cater towards people with food allergies. For this instance, udon without eggs.
Each menu item is listed as either from lowest to highest via a braille menu, or talking menu… or a digital online menu with items ordered by people with a number of times. These numbers are used to calculate how many times people ordered each item.
Each menu item always has a disclosure for anyone to make a decision with ease. For this instance, you want to order red lion fish roll that is cooked, and is discloses you with ultra accurate information, saying “This is an invasive species via our east coast. When eating this invasive fish, you help save our ecosystem” printed in light-green, convincing you to consume this species as a sustainable source of fish to eat to conserve other species of fish.
With a talking menu, you can listen to each menu item,–without needing to look at these items.
If you need to order these items; you need to dine at this facility, or order a delivery or takeout.
The Coffee Port
This is a place where you can have coffee or tea. Like a coffee shop; you can have access to internet, or you can have meetings.
The coffee port has a dedicated system that is dedicated to serve coffee and other goods. This is also a fallback system for customers who need to have a fallback system implemented.
The Designated Dining Facility For Sex Offenders and Child Abusers
This facility is connected to the general dining area with an opening for serving people who are sex offenders or child abusers. This is a designated dining facility that is connected to a parking lot that is monitored with security cameras to help keep track of sex offenders coming in and out of this establishment. Be aware; this facility is only for designated individuals. However; if you are working at this facility; you should take caution.
The tables are arranged such a way; sex offenders and child abusers can’t pass around food items. Those are special chairs with a built-in table on each seat, but designed to face a certain direction.
The bar is connected to the general dining facility to help facilitate serving of food dishes. The glass/plastic barrier is used to keep contact between sex offenders and employees low.
The tables that are arranged along the walls are arranged such a way; they’re designed to keep them from seeing children and teens playing via an arcade.
The Tables
All tables are standard tables, but abide to the requirements for accessibility.
Each table is arranged to face away from an arcade, but face a bland wall. Those are the tables that are designated to keep sex offenders from making contact with children with their eyes. This set of tables are only for high-risk sex predators.
The tables lining the bulkhead that are built with metal and glass with ceramic core are used to arrange sex offenders with this format to enforce required barriers to keep sex offenders from reaching an arcade.
The bar is only available to be served via the general dining facility.
The Menu
The menu is different from a general dining menu. However; this menu is set this way… making it look different with different food items.
Like other menus available; they have a set amount of items. That is designed to limit child abusers’ ability to choose a broad selection of items. That will also limit what sex offenders can order from this menu.
PB&J products are included
Due to prohibitions of computer devices (applies to sex offenders of any kind, including some child abusers); paper menus are used, and this is a cash-preferred section of this restaurant. If debit cards or credit cards are used, it must be shipped to a general dining facility for the best results, and returned back to a customer.
The Vending Machines
One or more vending machines contain products that are NOT catered towards children, such as candy. These machines are fitted with electronic monitoring software to monitor use of these machines via sex offenders.
Each machine has a set of products, dictated by Fairies Dreams & Fantasy.
To purchase an item from a machine; you need a special card that is managed by your third party custodian, or a designated individual who handle sex offenders and child abusers. A designated card holder via a custodian for a sex offender can be employed by a company, or just an individual who has his/her own company… such as a business.
A surcharge is imposed per purchase. Why a surcharge is necessary is the following:
-
Maintenance
To Insure aMaintenance of this dining facility, such as monitoring tools like security cameras, designated staff, and preserving items used by sex offenders.
-
Due To The Design Of The Machines
Due to the design of the machines, cash payments are NOT possible. If you are visiting this area to purchase a product that is NOT listed via the general dining facility; you may need to contact customer service.
It only relies on payment cards that are designed to be held by 3rd party custodians who work with sex offenders, and an account is required, that also require verification and identification of individuals to prevent abuse of the system. An account holder must fund a payment card with at least $2400 to help cover surcharges, if a balance is above $20,000 in funds; a surcharge may be adjusted,–depending on a sex offender’s criminal record. However; a sex offender must pay for a designated holder.
If you are a designated holder; you still have access to an arcade,–if you need to take a game break from looking after a sex offender, you may need to contact customer service to have a backup person keep track of an offender for you, if you are taking a game break. After a game break, a machine will remind you to report to a place where you was at earlier.
Designated card holder who hold payment cards for sex offenders can manage an account via a customer service, or via an automated machine. Be aware; surcharges are only used for a sex offender to pay for a custodian who holds a card for a sex offender. If a sex offender enters an arcade, and plays any of these games, a sex offender must have a monthly limit to prevent any long forms of loitering. This is critical to protect children against sex offenders and sex predators. You can do any of the following with this card:
Limit Games To Play Via Time Limits Or Time Of Day
You can choose to have a sex offender to access certain games in this arcade. Time limits or based-on set curfews can be used to restrict how a sex offender can access this arcade. If kids are present, a time should be programmed, and reviewed by a human reviewer who will impose a restriction with your request.
If you were using a designated card what you hold for child abusers; you can designate how these child abusers can enter this arcade. If is a parent involve, and a parent’s child is around, you can restrict access to this arcade by revoking playing games, but only make restaurant purchases and vending machine purchases.
You can use it as a tool for abusive parents who are child abusers on probation, or supervised release from prison, using it as a tool to help parents demonstrate how they should treat their children with humanity and respect,–and other factors. That also applies to work release programs too!
You can set this card to sent reports to authorities, advocates, school councelers, case managers, case workers, and other authorities for helping with compliance.
-
Income For Designated Card Holder
If you are a holder of a card, and you have a card that is held by a sex offender… or child abuser, you holding your card gives you the funds to make purchases for yourself, or your company who holds your card for you. If you were using this card for the first time to fund a sex offender or child abuser’s account; you collect funding fees as source of income. Also, you need to fill out a tax form, such as a W9 form, or something similar in order to use this program. A sex offender must consent to an agreement with a designated card holder, along with surcharges imposed.
If you rely on your own bank for receiving funds, you may need to send your banking info to enroll in direct funding, all funds received are held for 7 days to help conbat fraud and loss. Depending on where you live; you can impose fees when using a special card for child abusers and sex offenders.
If you are a primary holder; you are a manager who manages a card for a child abuser, or sex offender. It has a special chip for playing games, or funding,–or cashing out. Only a primary holder can cash out. You must use a customer service portal in order to cash out, and you must present your ID for the best results to help prevent money laundering, and other financial crimes.
You use a strong 8-digit PIN to make purchases and cash withdraw requests, or fund accounts for a child abuser, sex offender, or yourself,–if you are a primary customer.
Also, a card what a sex offender, or child abuser is holding is designed to have funds added, held, limited, or automatically debited as a way to help control usage. You can also set a card to “suspended mode” as a way to help enforce curfew requirements, but allow funding.
There are 10 machines in this facility.
To make a purchase, you must slide a card downward. If a chip is used; a primary card holder is notified of a purchase.
Entrance To This Dining Facility
This entrance is always located south of this large building. It has a parking facility with a barrier that blocks a dedicated street for delivery trucks to go through. It uses a designated path for motor traffic of sex offenders’ vehicles, or child abusers’ vehicles. This path is monitored by security cameras, and other monitoring systems.
If you’re NOT a sex offender, or child abuser; and you entered this facility, a personnel may escort you to a general section of this establishment. This is a safety feature,–as a way to prevent you from being exposed to these designated peoples. Women and children who were victims of rape, assault, and other abuse should avoid this facility.
The paths are always lit with LEDs as a way to help mitigate use of expensive streetlights. The driving paths are always lit an built to be open to the sky. An overhang is used to reduce glare from any light source.
If you are a taxi driver; you may be asked to proof if you are transporting a sex offender, or child abuser. This is necessary to keep track of designation.
The barrier is a tall wall with plants that are grown to prevent sex offenders from seeing the otherside of this facility.
If you are a person who is a supervisor for a sex offender; you may use this path (also applies to supervisors who supervise child abusers).
There are NO coin-operated games are rides outside.
The parking area is always paved with concrete pavers (no asphalt).
All vehicles driven by sex offenders must disclose with a label. Child abusers must disclose with a label.
The doors always swingopen. They swing towards the inside. Those are automatic doors that are fitted with proprietary parts, and a camera.
A camera is used to recognize a sex offender… or a child abuser (with human review to prevent mistaken identity).
If you are an employee; you use a secure door with a card to enter.
Note
The designated dining facility for sex offenders, and child abusers has a dedicated kitchen for chefs can cook meals are designed to be as bland as possible. Their kitchen is designed this way as a way to keep sex offenders from seeing colored parts of a kitchen. That also prevent child abusers from thinking about making contact with children.
The kitchen always has a door that is locked as a way to prevent attacks. Like a bank; it has security features.
Only a designated waiter can serve food to you at these tables.
Also, be aware; most of these food dishes what you are ordered may be bland, not to be confusing with a bland diet. A bland diet requires verification from a physician, before this kind of a meal is served to you. That prevents abuse of this diet, or be used to irritate someone.
Chopsticks are NOT available to help reduce any attempts for any of these offenders to make any weapon of any kind.
No seating for infants included.
